1 General Rules and Definitions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.4 VIP Program

The 99cat VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Through regular and active participation, users can gradually advance to higher tiers. The benefits and conditions of each tier are communicated separately.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 Game Operation Rules

Each game is operated according to specific rules. If a technical issue arises during a game, the result of that round may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 RNG and Fairness

6.3 Game Interruption
